Today, was Adoption Day for 3 teens and their forever family! This is why we do what we do every day.

The power of co-parenting is when foster and biological parents work together to nurture, guide and love a child throughout their journey of life. There is no such thing as "too many" caring adults in a child's life.

HFC's commitment to building community partnerships has helped improve and provide quality services for the children and families in our community. The staff works with our school liaisons to ensure that our families receive the support that they need to care for our children.
